I’m frustrated with this bag. It came a lot smaller than what was listed, and my laptop barely fits inside. I expected it to match the description, but this feels misleading. If this is the kind of sizing accuracy I can expect, I’ll probably shop somewhere else next time.

I really wanted to feel confident using this every day, but the lock just felt kind of flimsy and not very secure. On top of that, I kept getting asked to verify things over and over, which got frustrating fast. Overall, it didn’t give me much peace of mind.

It looked really nice when I first got it, and from the way it was presented I assumed it would feel a bit more solid. After about two weeks, though, the material was already scratched up, which was disappointing. It still looks okay from a distance, but up close it feels kind of cheap...

In my experience, the tracking wasn’t very helpful at all. It barely updated for a few days, then suddenly switched to delivered even though the bag still hadn’t shown up. It did arrive eventually, but it was late. I also had to wait a bit longer than I expected for customer support to get back to me.

I really wanted to like this bag, but it ended up feeling way too geared toward just work stuff. If you’re looking for something you can also use for the gym, short trips, or just quick everyday errands, I’d save your time and look at other options.

My bag showed up in this super thin box with barely any padding at all. The box was all bent up, and when I opened it, the bag looked kind of squashed, squashed enough that I noticed right away. For the price, I expected much better packaging. Just not happy with how it arrived.

I had to keep chasing them just to get help with a warranty issue. It felt like they were quick to take my money, but once I needed support, I was on my own. The whole process took way too long and made me wonder if they care more about sales than taking care of customers.
